Lisa Bloom’s Feminization of the Old Boys’ Network

Sep 10, 2019 | latest acts of evil, Law, Society

Why is this evil?

Using the often, prejudicial old boys’ network as a model to operate a civil rights feminist legal practice against female letigants not only significantly imbalances the scales of justice, but also undermines the pursuit thereof in a fair and equitable manner.

Editor’s Viewpoint:

A newly published book, She Said, written by two Pulitzer Prize journalists, Jodi Kantor and Megan Twohey, chronicles the evolution of the #MeToo movement.

And, in doing so, exposes attorney Lisa Bloom’s attempts, via an alleged, sinister memo written by her, to purposely sabotage Rose McGowan’s sexual assault complaints against media mogul, Harvey Weinstein.

The alleged memo itself is a cold, calculating document in which one could attribute that the antics and shenanigans were created by members from the old boys’ network.  Instead, Lisa Bloom is the mastermind.

Attorney Bloom actually outlines specific strategies and tactics to discredit McGowan’s assumptions based on Bloom’s legal experiences representing women who had encountered similar circumstances.

If accurate, it’s a pretty stunning admission and quite damaging to Bloom’s feminist legal reputation.  Historically, the old boys’ network has never been nor will be a role model for fair and equitable practices.

Evidently, Attorney Bloom seems to have forgotten that…

BTW, Bloom’s mom happens to be the famed feminist attorney,  Gloria Allred.
